I was born and raised in Montana and have called Missoula my home for the last 8 years. I graduated from the Montana School of Massage in 2007 and began my small business practice among many like-minded holistic healers. I am trained and experienced in the deep tissue, Swedish, prenatal, cupping, hot stone and chair massage techniques.
In today’s society, massage is a part of regular maintenance. With high stress atmospheres and busy lives, receiving a weekly or biweekly massage makes sure our muscles stay in optimum condition.
